The Netregistry Webmail Console is a control panel for your email. It allows you to manage all of your emails in one place, without the need to log into different websites or applications. You also get an overview of recent activity including sent messages and incoming messages with their status (read, unread). Additionally, everything has been designed with speed in mind so that you can quickly find what you are looking for and keep up-to-date on your inbox!
1. Log in to the Netregistry Webmail Console.
2. Click on ‘Mail‘.
3. Select ‘Settings‘ from the top menu bar.
4. Under Mailbox Settings, click on ‘Enable POP’ and then select your preferred settings for POP access.
5. Click Save at the bottom of this page to save your changes.

To set up your Netregistry email account in Outlook:
1. Open Outlook and go to File > Add Account.
2. Enter your name, Netregistry email address, and password.
3. Click on the ‘Manual Setup or Additional Server Types‘ option and then click Next.
4. Select ‘POP‘ as your account type and then click Next.
5. Enter ‘mail.netregistry.com‘ as the incoming mail server (IMAP) and ‘995’ as the outgoing mail server (SMTP).
6. Click on the ‘More Settings‘ button.
7. On the Advanced tab, make sure that ‘This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)‘ is selected, and then click on the Outgoing Server tab.
8. Fill in your Netregistry username and Netregistry password for outgoing SSL mail with Port 465, select the option ‘My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication, and click OK.
9. Click Next and Finish to complete the setup process.
You can now send and receive Netregistry emails using Outlook!
To set up your Netregistry email account in Thunderbird:
1. Open Thunderbird and go to Tools > Account Settings from the Menu bar at the top of the screen.
2. Select the ‘Add‘ button on the right-hand side of the window.
3. Enter your name, Netregistry email address, and password.
4. Click on the ‘Manual Configuration‘ option and then click Next.
5. Select ‘POP‘ as your account type and then click Next.
6. Enter ‘mail.netregistry.com‘ as the incoming mail server (IMAP) and ‘995‘ as the outgoing mail server (SMTP).
