Shaw offers three options when setting up your account: Basic, Enhanced, or Premium. The Basic option is free but lacks many key features such as archiving or spam protection.
The Enhanced plan costs $3/month and includes these missing features in addition to 3GB of storage space, priority customer support, and more spam filters among other things. Finally, the Premium account includes all of the perks offered by both plans plus an additional 10GB of space for only $5/month!
1. What is Shaw Webmail? Shaw
Webmail is known as Shaw Email, Shaw Mail, or Shaw Messenger. You can access Shaw webmail on a computer or mobile device by going to mail.shaw.ca and signing in with your Shaw email address and password.

If you are a Shaw customer, you have one set up automatically when you sign up for Shaw Internet service. Shaw also offers Shaw Direct satellite TV customers the option of adding Shaw Email to their existing Shaw account for just $5/month!
3. How do I set up Shaw Webmail?
If you are a Shaw customer, logging on to your Shaw webmail is easy provided you have your username and password. Shaw webmail can be accessed at mail.shaw.ca and will automatically log you in when you enter your Shaw email address and password (the same ones used to sign into Shaw Internet or Shaw Direct).
4. How many emails can I send with Shaw Webmail?
Shaw customers that subscribe to Shaw Email for $5/month have an unlimited number of emails to send while Shaw Email Basic and Shaw Email Enhanced subscribers have a limit of 500 emails every 24 hours.

Shaw webmail allows you to create a personalized signature that will automatically sign your name at the bottom of each email message going forward. To create or edit your Shaw email signature, go to “Options” and select “Signature”.

Shaw webmail allows Shaw Email Basic subscribers to have their incoming messages downloaded automatically while Shaw Email Enhanced and Shaw Email Premium subscribers have the option of receiving HTML or plain text versions of their email. Shaw webmail allows Shaw Email Basic subscribers to have their email filtered into three different folders but Shaw webmail Enhanced and Premium users can create as many as 15 different folders for storing all of their incoming messages.
To create a Shaw email filter, go to “Options” and select “Filters”. Shaw webmail also allows Shaw customers with Shaw Email Basic accounts to delete all of their incoming messages after a specific amount of time. To change the number of days that Shaw emails will remain in your inbox before being deleted, go to “Advanced Options” and set a number under “Keep Inbox Folders Clean”.
Shaw webmail also allows Shaw customers to create a vacation message that will automatically be sent to anyone who sends you an email while you are away. To create, edit or remove your Shaw vacation response, go to “Options” and select “Vacation Message”. You can choose a time period for which your Shaw vacation message will be in effect or allow Shaw webmail to turn it on and off as needed.
8. Can Shaw Webmail help me manage my outgoing messages?
Shaw webmail allows Shaw Email Basic subscribers to send emails with a maximum of three different recipients while Shaw Email Enhanced and Premium customers can have as many as 10 recipients per email message.
Shaw webmail also allows Shaw customers to see how many times an email has been read, forwarded or downloaded. To change the number of recipients allowed per Shaw email, go to “Options” and select “Limits”.
Shaw customers who have enhanced accounts can also save a message as a draft for sending at a later date by going to “Options” and selecting “Save Draft”. Shaw webmail will automatically save an unsent draft after a specific amount of time. To change the length of time Shaw emails remain in your Outbox before being sent, go to “Advanced Options” and set the number of days under “Keep Outbox Folders Clean”.
