FSU Webmail is a web-based email service. Students, faculty, and staff at Florida State University can sign up for an account. They can also use it to access their existing accounts from devices outside of the university’s network without having to sign in with an FSU username and password. 1. Signing up for an account.
Step 1: Go to fsu.edu/webmail.
Step 2: Click the “Sign up” button on the right.
Step 3: The first field is for first and last name, followed by a country code (United States).
Step 4: Fill in the other fields as needed. Ensure that you enter an email address which you will be able to access.
Step 5: Your password should not contain any special characters or numbers; it can only contain letters and underscores. If you enter a password that isn’t compliant, the following message will appear: ‘Sorry, we don’t allow special characters and numbers in passwords. Please try again.’
Step 6: Once you’ve filled in all the fields, click “Create Account.”
2. Logging into fsu webmail.
Step 1: Enter fsu.edu/webmail in your browser.
Step 2: For Android devices, enter your email address and password only (you will not be able to see what you’re typing). Tap “Login.”
Step 3: fsu webmail will automatically load. If your account is protected by two-factor authentication, you will need to enter the appropriate passcode. Otherwise, fsu webmail will continue loading normally.
