4. Select “Options” from the drop-down menu on the left side of your inbox.
5. Under “Personal Options,” click on “Composing Mail” under “Compose New Messages“.
6. Check off all three boxes in front of you, which are labeled as
(i) Compose messages with rich text formatting.
(ii) Include a signature at the bottom of each message.
(iii) Allow HTML tags in messages I compose by default.
7. If you want to include a signature, type it into the box below where it says ‘Signature:’ and then select whether or not you want this signature included with every message that you send out.
8. If no, just hit enter and go back to step six and check off those same boxes again for composing mail without an attached signature at the bottom of every email you send out.
9. Once done checking those boxes, scroll down until you see ‘Save‘ near the bottom right corner of your screen – if there is nothing there, hit enter one more time so that the save command will populate.
10. After you have hit enter, La.Gov webmail will ask if you want to apply your changes; hit ‘yes‘.
11. You’re all done! La.Gov webmail login is now successfully completed.
You can now use your La.Gov email account anywhere in Louisiana with an internet connection, and you don’t have to worry about losing any important data when switching devices!
