KU Webmail Outlook.
If you are a student, faculty, or staff member at the University of Kansas, you have access to KU Webmail Outlook. This email service provides users with a number of tools and features, including 1 GB of storage space. 1. Download the Outlook app on your phone.
2. Sign into Webmail using your KU username and password.
3. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the screen to open Settings, then click Add Account.

4. Select Microsoft account type, enter your email address and password for that account, then select Next.
5. On the next page, enter a name for this account (e.g., “KU Outlook”).
6. Choose whether you want notifications or not.
7. Enter an email address where you can be reached if there are any problems with this setup process – it is recommended to use a personal email address rather than one associated with work or school accounts.
8. Review all settings before clicking Save Changes at bottom of the page; make sure everything looks correct before saving changes!
