JCPS Webmail Employee.
JCPS employees now have the ability to access their email accounts through a web-based interface. The new system provides a more user-friendly experience, with an intuitive layout and easy-to-use controls. Employees can now access their email from any computer or device with an internet connection.
1. Go to the JCPS Webmail login page.
2. Type in your email address and password.
3. Click on the Login button at the bottom of the screen.
4. You will be taken to a new page that displays all of your messages, calendars, and tasks for today.

5. To read emails from other people, click on their name under “People” in the left column; you can also search by keyword or date range if needed.
6. If you want to delete an email message or calendar event, hover over it with your mouse cursor and right-click; then select Delete from either list.
7. To add a message to your to-do list, click on the left column and type in your subject under “Add a task“; then click on the Tasks button below that.
8. JCPS Webmail is now accessible from any computer or device at JCPS Webmail login.
