How To Bulk Delete Bigpond Webmail?

This how-to will teach you how to bulk delete Bigpond Webmail.

1. Log into your webmail, this can be found by typing “webmail” in the address bar on the top of your computer screen. If you are using a mobile device please make sure you are logged onto my.bigpond.com

2. Once you have logged into your webmail account, click on “Options” on the top of the screen.

3. On the left-hand side of “Options” select “Mail”.

4. Under that section there are lots of different folders, click on “Trash”.

5. You will now be taken to a screen where you can view all the trash folders and their amount of items. Click on “+ Create New Folder” at the top of your screen to create a new folder.

6. Name your new folder Bigpond so it is easy to identify and click “OK”.

7. To select multiple emails, hold down “ctrl” on your keyboard and click each mail you would like to delete.

8. Once all the mails are selected, click “Move” on the top of your screen and select your newly created folder called Bigpond so they will be deleted from this folder once clicked “OK”.

9. You can also select multiple emails by holding down “shift” and clicking on the emails you would like to delete. Then, click “Move” on the top of your screen and select your newly created folder called Bigpond so they will be deleted from this folder once clicked “OK”.

10. Once all your mails have been moved it should look like the picture below:

11. Click on “Remove after selected mails have been moved” at the top of your screen.

12. On the bottom left you will see “Remove” click on that and it should now say “Removing”. Once all selected emails are successfully moved you will be taken back to the trash folder where all your items were located before they were selected and moved.

13. Click on “Trash” on the top of your screen to go back to your main trash folder which you can now delete at any time or keep for backup purposes. To do this, hold down “ctrl” and click each item you would like to permanently delete and select “Empty Trash”.

14. Once all selected emails have been deleted it should look like the picture below:

15. Congratulations, you have now successfully bulk-deleted Bigpond Webmail items! This can be used to delete unwanted emails from family or friends members so no one sees them.

Delete Bigpond Webmail using system utility?

1.) To Delete Bigpond Webmail Items in bulk using a system utility click here.

2.) To Retrieve Bigpond Webmail Items that have been permanently removed please contact customer service via phone or chat here. If your items are not recovered it is due to the fact they have expired and cannot be retrieved for this reason.

3.) Never select “Delete Forever” as you don’t want this email to never be available for you to retrieve again in the future.

4.) Never select “Empty Trash” as this removes them from your trash folder and makes it so they can never be recovered.

5.) Make sure to check your Junk section of Bigpond Webmail as items that have been permanently deleted, please note they will not appear in your trash.

Delete Bigpond Webmail From Mobile?

1.) If you are using a mobile device please make sure you are logged onto my.bigpond.com to delete items in bulk.

2.) To permanently remove an item, click the “More” button located on the top right of the mail and select “Delete forever”. This can take up to 24-48 hours to completely delete your item.

4.) To check and see if your email has been permanently removed please check again at least 48 hours after you have received the successful “Permanently Removed” notification or feel free to contact customer service.

5.) If you aren’t constantly checking up on your permanent deletions, we recommend making a backup copy as proof-of-purchase should anything happen to your computer.

6.) If you are using the Bigpond app please make sure to regularly check for any emails that have been permanently removed as they will appear under the trash section of the app.

7.) To Delete “Inactive” Email Accounts, this means accounts that have not been logged into in at least 14 days please click here. Please note that this email account will become “Inactive” after 14 days of inactivity and cannot be deleted until at least 24-48 hours have passed to allow for any changes made by the user to take effect.

8.) If you are looking to Delete a Bigpond Email Account please click here, this is not the same as deleting a bigpond webmail item.

9.) Do not attempt to delete your entire account unless you want all your emails and/or contacts permanently deleted, once an email account has been deleted it cannot be recovered.
