How to add a signature in the webmail?
To add a signature in webmail, open webmail. Then go to Settings > Personal Folder, follow by clicking on the Signature tab. Type your email signature and hit the Save button when done.
Note: In webmail accounts, signatures are restricted to 150 words or less only.
You can also add a signature when you send a message through webmail. This will automatically attach your email signature as well. In webmail accounts, signatures are restricted to 150 words or less only.
To add a signature when you compose messages select Settings from the top menu and click on the Signatures tab. Select New from the list of signatures, followed by typing your new signature . Hit OK when done.
Note: If you want to add a signature while replying to an email, press the reply button and attach your signature ( Add Signature option).
If you want to set up webmail accounts on your device which is running Android OS, follow the steps below.
1) Go to webmail settings on your webmail accounts.
2) Tap on the webmail address listed on your webmail accounts.
3) Go to the web browser and log in webmail account which you want to set up on Android devices.
4) On the web interface, click the Accounts menu on the left panel. Here you will see three different options: Add webmail accounts, webmail mobile device, and webmail desktop.
5) Select webmail mobile device from the list of webmail account options then click the Next button. here you will see your web address listed on the web interface. Just copy this web address to the clipboard and paste it into the Android web browser.
6) Login with the Username and Password that you use to log in to webmail accounts.
7) Once successful, webmail will redirect you to the webmail interface on your web browser. Here you can add a webmail address and see your webmail messages in your web inbox.
8) You can access a webmail account from any device through this web interface so long as the web interface web address has been added to the web browser.
