Cox Webmail Issues.
Cox Communications customers may experience problems reaching and using their online email accounts. Users may be unable to log in or to download messages, and/or receive errors.
The following websites are currently affected by this outage: cox.net, webmail.cox.net, 360.net, mycoxmail.com, mail2.cox.net, and webmail.cableone.net.
Email services were restored for some users on Wednesday, May 25 at 6:00 PM PDT (03:00 UTC). Customers may continue to receive messages with the most recent messages appearing at the top of their inboxes. Customers can access their email accounts using mobile devices and third-party email clients.

It is not known what caused the outage and if any action was taken by Cox to resolve it.
Cox Communications’ official statement: “We apologize for the recent incident that affected some of our e-mail customers and we thank you for your patience as we work to fix this issue.”
